As per always...

  1. Don't lose hope! I didn't have to get over as many vices as you, but I know you can do it.

    Anything I'd have to say would pale in comparison with what your therapist would say, but when has that ever stopped me?

    When you feel these urges coming on, can you instead train yourself to go and look at your vision board, give a bun a hug, etc. Remind yourself about what's important in life and your goals and how you're going to get there?

    Maybe make a list of fitness goals (pull ups, benching body weight, etc.) and look at that when you feel the urge? Since reaching those goals sound incompatible with your vices.

    I don't know if this is helpful as I'm not sure how rational and thinking you are when these things are happening.

    I hope you know that there are many people out there who care about you and are rooting for you to kick this. And many of us have never even met you in person!
